Every inch between us ages me by a thousand years
I crumble and fall apart like a waking dream
But reality doesn’t matter
For all things end in death
The ultimate reality is the swirling dust in the cosmos
The deadest of dead
The silence
And sorrow
I would rather be burned
And shine
So that I can brighten your path
Your eyes, your smile
Or was it me that was brightened by you
I care not my ending, however bitter
Memory shall be fused within the ash
And whisper my poems in the winds
Someday, someone, some lovers
Will bath in the same breeze
